“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Bell (IP No. 8710) and Rehan Ahmed (IP No. 20390) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Tenth Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3HF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly or severally.”
