That Stacey Brown of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU and Matthew Chadwick of BDO LLP, 2nd Floor, 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, RH6 0PA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.
