Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are required, on or before 26 June 2021, to prove their debts by delivering a statement of claim and documentary evidence of debt (in the format specified in Rule 7.16 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018) to the Liquidator at Anderson, Anderson & Brown LLP, Kingshill View, Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen, AB15 8PU If so required by notice from the Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
