A Petition to wind up the above-named company of RKM SUPPLIES LIMITED (07891254) of 16 Bridgegate, Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 6AA, whose nature of business is to carry on the business of a general commercial company and other objects stated in the articles of association and the wholesale of musical instruments, presented on Monday 19 July 2019 by BAX-SHOP.NL.B.V., of Olympiastraat 4462 GG GOES claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Law Courts, 50 West Bar, Sheffield S3 8PH on Monday 23 September 2019, at 10:00.
