Notice is hereby given that on 29 March 2017 the following resolutions were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Philip Wood and Emma Bower, both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, (IP nos 9148 and 17650) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.” The appointments of Andrew Philip Wood and Emma Bower were confirmed by the creditors.
