"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lane Bednash (IP No. 8882) of CMB Partners UK Limited, Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, London, EC1Y 8NA be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
