At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Cotton Place, 2 Ivy Street, Birkenhead, CH41 5EF, on 29 March 2017, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be would up voluntarily and that Daniel Paul Hennessy, (IP No. 9286) of Aticus Recovery Limited, 1 Hanson Road, Aintree, Liverpool, L9 7BP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
