Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a final general meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held at 14 Orchard Street, Bristol BS1 5EH on 14 March 2017 at 10.30 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and also determining whether the Joint Liqiudators should be granted their release from office and the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company shall be disposed of.

A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him and such proxy need not also be a member. A proxy form to be used at the meetings must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators at 14 Orchard Street, Bristol BS1 5EH no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
