“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Durkan (IP No. 9583) of Durkan Cahill, Suite G2 Montpellier House, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham, GL50 1TY be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
