A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Technology House, Lissadel Street, Salford, M6 6AP presented on 16 February 2017 by SILVERBURN FINANCE (UK) LIMITED, Winter Hey Lane, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 7PQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX, on 8 May 2017 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
