At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Forsyth House, 93 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES on 11 April 2018 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and, accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith V Anderson, of mlm Solutions, Forsyth House, 93 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES, (IP No. 6885) is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
