Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 25 April 2019 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Beckingham (IP No. 8683) and Siann Huntley (IP No. 19130) both of Leonard Curtis, 2nd Floor, 40 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
