"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) of Beacon, 99 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire, SO50 9DR be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
