At a general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE on 12 October 2017, the following resolutions were passed by the members: 1 as a special resolution and 2 as an ordinary resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Simon Peter Edward Knight and William Jeremy Jonathan Knight of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
