A Petition to wind up the above-named company of C/O T Burton & Co, Suite 3, 55 Liddon Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 2SR presented on 17 January 2018 by MABEY HIRE LTD of Scout Hill, Ravensthorpe, Dewsbury, WF13 3EJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 13 March 2018, at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
