At a General meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ 28 October 2021, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be, and is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up."

A decision confirming the appointment of the Liquidator was made by deemed consent on the same day.
