"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark N Ranson (IP No. 9299) and Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Rotterdam House, 116 Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3DY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
