A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate 7 Clarendon Place, King Street, Maidstone, ME14 1BQ and whose last known trading address is 20 Fallowfield Close, Weavering, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5TW presented on 20 April 2022 by Saint-Gobain Building Distribution Ltd of Saint-Gobain House, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE12 6JU claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 29 June 2022 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
