"That the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily and that Mark Colman (IP No. 9721) and Megan Singleton (IP No. 22090) both of Leonard Curtis, 20 Roundhouse Court, South Rings Business Park, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6DA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company."
