Special Resolution

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

Ordinary resolution

“That Daniel Taylor of Fortis Insolvency Limited, 683-693 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 6RE be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
