NOTICE is hereby given that on 3 November 2020 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Andrew Palmer Kerr, Rhona Joan Cameron, Liam Spence, John Paul White, Nick Shields, Ru Hamilton and George Eckford Ponton for an order to wind up Quality Scotland Foundation (Registered Number SC132366), having their Registered Office at 28 Drumsheugh Gardens, West End House, Edinburgh, EH37RN in which Petition, Sheriff Ross by Interlocutor dated 4 November 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and in the meantime appointed Shona Joanne Campbell, Insolvency Practitioner of MHA Henderson Loggie LLP, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee DD1 4QB to be Provisional Liquidator of Quality Scotland Foundation with authority to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
