On 25 February 2019 a Petition was presented to Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by James Kenneth Laird residing at 38 Westgate, Leslie, Glenrothes KY6 3LR craving the Court inter alia to order that Quality Precision Technology Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC193812) and having its registered office at 11-12 Faraday Road, Glenrothes, Fife KY6 2RU, be wound up and an interim liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff McCulloch by Interlocutor dated 26 February 2019 allowed any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, Whytescauseway, Kirkcaldy, KY1 1XQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service; and in the meantime appointed Matthew Purdon Henderson, Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, Johnston Carmichael LLP, Chartered Accountants, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE to be Provisional Liquidator of the said company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in sections 135, 167 and 169 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in particular to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II to Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is herby given.
