NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 15.6 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Third Floor, One London Square, Cross Lanes, Guildford, GU1 1UN on 9 July 2021 at 3pm for the purposes of dealing with Section 99 to 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The physical meeting is being held following objections received from the company’s creditors under Section 246ZF of the Insolvency Act 1986.

Given the current circumstances as regards the holding of physical meetings, the meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held via an online platform. If you wish to attend, please contact the case manager by email at restucturing.guildford@rsmuk.com, by 12 noon on 8 July 2021 (the business day before the meeting) to obtain log-in and password details.

All virtual meetings of creditors will be recorded (video and/or audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the relevant facts, or decisions that are taken at such meetings. By attending a meeting you consent to being recorded, including possible recordings of your facial image. Where any recording of a meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with data protection legislation.

A shareholders’ meeting has been convened for 6 July 2021 (or any adjournment of that meeting) to pass a resolution for the winding up of the company.

Secured creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security and its value if they wish to vote at the meeting.

The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated including the basis on which disbursements are to be recovered from the company’s assets and the meeting may receive information about, and be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs, administering the original deemed consent procedure process, and convening the meeting.

Any unlodged proof of debt forms must be received at the address above by no later than 4pm on 8 July 2021.
