“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) and Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier (IP No. 9535) both of Kroll Advisory Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that they act jointly and severally.”
