At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Crown House, 2A Ashfield Parade, Southgate, N14 5EJ on 24 March 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Umang Patel, of BBK Partnership, 2A Ashfield Parade, Southgate, London N14 5EJ, (IP No. 18790) be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held at 12 noon on the same day, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the appointment of Umang Patel was confirmed.
