A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 37b Snowdonia Avenue, Skippingdale Industrial Estate, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 8NL presented on 2 November 2018 by Mrs Maureen Shrubb of 3 Thorpeside Close, Staines-Upon-Thames, Middlesex, TW18 3NX claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 January 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 7 January 2019.
