Notice is hereby given that on 26 November 2018 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the Directors of Qualia Fitness Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Qualia Fitness Limited having its Registered Office at 37 Main Street, Cambuslang, Glasgow, Scotland, G72 7EX be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD or such other insolvency practitioner or practitioners as the Court may select be appointed Joint Interim Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition Sheriff Clerk Depute Alec Anderson by Interlocutor dated 05 December 2018 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
