The following Written Resolutions of the Sole Member of QMI Scotland Limited were passed on 3 November 2021 as a Special and Ordinary Resolution:

"That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily and that pursuant to sections 84(1) and 91 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Gordon Malcolm MacLure (IP No. 8201) of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company's affairs and disturbing its assets."
