A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate at 14 Cavendish House, Eastgate Gardens, Guildford, England, GU1 4AY and whose company was previously known as Dysland Limited and Oyslans Group Limited and Oyslans Limited of the said company presented on 2 March 2020 by CERTAS ENERGY UK LIMITED T/A GULF RETAIL (01468225), 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood Park, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6XG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, 33 Bull St, Birmingham B4 6DS on 28 July 2020 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
