A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Sri Balaji House, Bourton On The Hill, Moreton-In-Marsh, England, GL56 9AJ and whose company was previously known as Oyslans Group Limited and Oyslans Limited of the said company presented on 2 March 2020 by CERTAS ENERGY UK LIMITED t/a Gulf Retail (01468225), 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood Park, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6XG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the High Courts of Justice, 33 Bull St, Birmingham B4 6DS on 29 April 2020 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
