IN MEMBERS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016, that I, Gareth Hunt (IP No 19132), the Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend declaring a First and Final Dividend for Creditors (All Claims) within two months of the last date of proving which is 26 February 2021. Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required, on or before 26 February 2021, to submit their proof of debt to me at Beesley Corporate Recovery Limited, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3HP and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to a distribution, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared. Ie: The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
