At a Virtual General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on the 22nd day of January 2020 at 15:00, the following special resolutions were duly passed:-

(i) That the Company shall be voluntarily wound up.

(ii) That the Joint Liquidators be allowed to distribute in specie such assets of the Company as it may be expedient so to distribute.

Tracy Mary Clowry (IP No 9562) and Gareth Hunt (IP No 19132) of Beesley Corporate Recovery Limited were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 22 January 2020.
