"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Roach (IP No. 9231) and Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, Vintry Building, Wine Street, Bristol, BS1 2BD be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
