“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Stephen Willis,(IP No. 9391) of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Ltd, Prospect House, 11-13 Lonsdale Gardens, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1NU be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
