At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR on 23 November 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Sanders (IP No. 8698) and Georgina Eason (IP No. 9688) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that they may act jointly and severally.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 23 November 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michael Sanders and Georgina Eason as joint liquidators.
