A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Reg. No. 09127458, of Unit 107a Middlemore Road, Middlemore Industrial Estate, Smethwick B66 2EP, presented on 12 January 2016 by PREMIUM CREDIT LIMITED, Premium Credit House, 60 East Street, Epsom, Surrey KT17 1HB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the County Court at Birmingham, The Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS, on 7 March 2016, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 4 March 2016.
