At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 4th Floor, St George's House, 56 Peter Street, Manchester M2 3NQ on 28 January 2021at 2.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that David Acland (IP No. 8894) and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators and are hereby authorised to distribute, amongst the shareholders, in specie all or any part of the assets of the Company."
