That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. ORDINARY RESOLUTION:

That Rob Sadler and John Paul Sugden of Auker Rhodes Accounting Limited, being persons qualified to act as Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.
