"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) of Quantuma LLP, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
