"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA and Andrew R Bailey (IP No. 18810) of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Unit 5, Park Court, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 6SD be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
