A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 09592594 of 21 Church Street East, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2PG presented on 9 July 2019 by AAH PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, of Sapphire Court, Walgrave Triangle, Coventry, CV2 2TX (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX on Tuesday 3 September 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
