A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Unit 6 Mushroom Farm, Off Reynolds Avenue, Manor Park, London, E12 6JS, presented on 21 December 2018, by BERKELEY MERCANTILE LTD of SBC House, Restmore Way, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 7AH, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 12 February 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
