"That Shane Biddlecombe and Gordon Johnston of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, SO14 3TJ, be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Where applicable, any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by all or any persons for the time being holding such office".
