At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Bond Street House, 14 Clifford Street, London, W1S 4JU on 8 August 2018, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) and Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
