“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Asher Miller (IP No. 9251) and Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally."
