“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Hall,(IP No. 3966) and Katie Young,(IP No. 15872) both of Peter Hall Limited, 2 Venture Road, Science Park, Chilworth, Southampton, SO16 7NP (the Liquidators) be and are hereby appointed as Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
