A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no 07793888) of Inclusion, 3rd Floor, 89 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TP presented on 25 April 2018 and sealed by the Court on 8 May 2018 by NATIONAL LEARNING AND WORK INSTITUTE of 21 De Montfort Street, Leicester LE1 7GE (the Petitioner) claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Hearing Centre, Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, West Midlands B4 6DS on Thursday 28 June 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
