We hereby give notice that, Darren Brookes and Molly Monks (IP Nos. 9297 and 19830) of Milner Boardman & Partners, The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ, on 15 February 2019, were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above Company.

The Joint Liquidators give notice that the creditors of the Company must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Joint Liquidators at the above address by 19 March 2019. The Joint Liquidators also give notice that they intend to make a final distribution to creditors who have submitted claims by 19 March 2019, otherwise a distribution will be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proven.

It should be noted that the Directors of the company have made a Statutory Declaration that they have made a full enquiry into the affairs of the Company and that they are of the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full, together with statutory interest, within a period of twelve months from the commencement of winding up.
