A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office is c/o Primesite, Yorkshire House, Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG presented on 20 September 2017 by CORE M (CONTRACTORS) LIMITED, Eagle Chambers, 17-19 Fenwick Street, Liverpool, L2 7LS a creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court, Liverpool District Registry, The Courthouse, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on Monday 20 November 2017 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the petitioner can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or his/its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16.00 hours on Friday 17 November 2017.
