At a Special Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held by correspondence on Tuesday 14 September 2021, the following Resolution/s was/were duly passed:

1. (Ordinary Resolution) THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Rina Rohilla (IP No. 8232) of 82-86 Sheen Road Richmond Surrey TW9 1UF and hereby nominated Liquidator for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.

2. (Special Resolution) THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Rina Rohilla (IP No. 8232) of 82-86 Sheen Road Richmond Surrey TW9 1UF and hereby nominated Liquidator for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.
